The Unbound Edit acts as an agent for lodging providers, independent accommodation, tour providers, car-rental companies, ground operators, destination partners, and certain other suppliers of travel services shown on Client’s Itinerary (collectively, “Suppliers”). Client understands that The Unbound Edit is not the source or supplier of any travel services, and acts solely as an agent for the Suppliers. The Unbound Edit is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Suppliers or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor their contracts, and Client is subject to their cancellation policies and all other terms and conditions applicable to such Suppliers.
